When Dorothy famously triumphed over the Wicked Witch of the West, we only ever heard one side of the story. WICKED is based on the 1995 novel by Gregory Maguire – Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West. It takes a look at the Land of Oz with new eyes and creates a parallel journey to the familiar The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. WICKED, the West End and Broadway musical sensation, is the recipient of more than 100 major international awards and nominations.
