Beer, chocolate, canals and cobbles….Bruges has everything for the perfect Easter day trip.
One of Europe’s best-preserved medieval cities, it’s romantic and pretty, with canals, cobbles, and gabled houses. It’s also small: you can stroll from one side of the egg-shaped and almost car-free centre to the other in half an hour. And it’s Stuffed full of Museums, Good restaurants, atmospheric bars and cafes, and tempting chocolate shops – Bruges apparently has 47 chocolate makers.
Easter is a Great time to visit this Belgian city, the chocolate shops sporting dazzling displays of chocolate bunnies and eggs, there can’t be a better place anywhere to stock up on easter gifts.
Our Trip leaves Faversham at 7am, Picking up at Whitstable, Blean, Canterbury and Densole on the way to the Eurotunnel. On the way to Bruges we make a short stop at the P&J Chocolate factory and expect to arrive in the city around noon. You get 5 Hours to explore, eat, drink and or shop before we head back to the Train. We aim to have some time at the Duty Free Terminal on the way home as well, Traffic permitting. Once back in the UK the coach will quickly return you back to your drop-offs.
Don’t forget your passport!!!!!
